To build on this momentum, we’re searching for a highly qualified, experienced Marketing Technologist to be an integral part of our team. From day one, this individual will contribute to the team through their analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in translating business goals into successful marketing campaigns. They are adept at evaluating the needs of the consumer market and will understand how and where to acquire knowledge about trends and demands. They will be a self-starter that embraces creativity, teamwork and remote work.
This individual must be able to drive activity, and show results, while reporting to and working closely with the VP Marketing & Partnerships.
The Successful Candidate will…
Elevate all aspects of marketing social media and traditional media marketing such as TV and Radio. Develop and evolve the brand experience to increase engagement and conversion. They will evolve our digital environment where all platforms are integrated to enhance the customer experience.
Being a data-expert the Marketing Technologist will provide analysis that assists in driving marketing decisions. They will ensure that any new web (product, video games) developments contribute to overall strategy and are integrated accordingly. Working in harmony with all departments, the individual will support all marketing activities and campaigns. To achieve goals, they will optimize content and navigation utilizing key strategic digital tactics.
Responsibilities:
Data Management
Process the required data to ensure accessibility of the data. Leverage the data to gain deep insights into customer behaviour, trends, and opportunities resulting in producing extraordinary customer experiences.
Digital Advertising
Utilize technology to plan, manage, and analyze online advertising campaigns.
Digital Marketing Analytic
Translate customer behaviour into actionable business data. With the help of digital analytic tools, examine the various online channels that buyers interact with and help to establish new revenue possibilities from existing campaigns. Provide a data-driven foundation to build an ongoing profitable, scalable marketing strategy.
Digital Architecture
Integrate systems, ensuring marketing tools, product and other tools are optimized for high performance. Build, maintain and grow the marketing tech stack according to the priorities of the business.
Business Analysis
To clearly define the scope of work to be completed and to analyze and solve technology – related business problems.
Requirements
· Must have demonstrated, superior technical knowledge
· Bachelors Degree/Exceptional experience
· 5+ years of technical marketing experience
· Must already be available to work in Canada
· Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns
· Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
· Up to date with the latest trends and best practices
· Advanced experience with Google Analytics
· Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and analytical skill
· Have creative and good presentation skills
· Expertise in SEO, social media content marketing, PPC and SEM
· Basic understanding of coding php, and javascript is considered an asset
