RETURN POLICY

Thank you for purchasing Doubletap equipment and Family Fun Games products. This policy explains when we accept returns and refunds. Please read it before you buy or ship an item back.

Family Fun Games Inc. · familyfungames.ca
Effective date: September 25, 2026

1. THE 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

You may request a refund only if the request is made within 30 days of the purchase date (the date shown on your order confirmation or receipt).

If more than 30 days have passed since the purchase date, Family Fun Games Inc. cannot issue a refund. After 30 days, all sales are final except as required by law for defective goods (see Section 5).

2. DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Family Fun Games Inc. does not accept returns of products that are damaged, broken, cracked, warped, chewed, water-damaged, or otherwise not in resaleable condition.

This includes barlets (sticks), balls, carry bags, kits, printed materials, and any other item sold through familyfungames.ca.

If an item arrives damaged because of shipping, that is different. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and the product. We will review shipping-damage claims separately and, if approved, replace the item or refund it.

3. CONDITION REQUIRED FOR A RETURN

To be eligible for a refund within the 30-day window, the product must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in original condition — not used in games, practices, PE class, or events.
  • Free of damage, breakage, scratches, dents, or wear.
  • Returned with all original parts, packaging, rulebook, stickers, and accessories included in the order.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

If any of these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email returns@familyfungames.ca or support@familyfungames.ca with:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The product(s) you want to return.
  • The reason for the return.
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

Do not ship the product until we reply with a Return Authorization and the shipping address. Unauthorized packages may be refused.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked method. Family Fun Games Inc. is not responsible for items lost in transit on the return trip.

5. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND LEGAL WARRANTIES

This policy does not take away rights you have under Canadian law. If a product is defective, not as described, or not reasonably fit for its ordinary purpose when you received it, contact us. We will inspect it and, if the claim is valid, repair, replace, or refund it as the law requires.

Normal wear from play, misuse, improper storage, or modifications are not defects.

6. REFUND METHOD AND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees paid on the original order are not refunded unless the return is our error or a confirmed shipping-damage or defect claim.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we aim to process the refund within 10 business days.

We do not offer cash refunds. Store credit may be offered instead of a card refund only if both parties agree.

7. ITEMS WE DO NOT REFUND

  • Products returned more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Damaged, broken, used, or incomplete products (except approved defect or inbound shipping-damage claims).
  • Products returned without proof of purchase or without a Return Authorization.
  • Digital products, contest entries, demo-day bookings, and services.
  • Items purchased from a third-party seller (Amazon, a school supplier, or another retailer). Those returns follow that seller’s policy.

8. SCHOOLS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND BULK ORDERS

School, rec-centre, and distributor orders follow this same 30-day and condition policy unless a signed purchase order or wholesale agreement states different terms. Please include the PO number when you request a return.

10. CHANGES AND GOVERNING LAW

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on familyfungames.ca on the date of your purchase applies to that order.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada that apply there. Statutory consumer-protection rights are not limited by this document.
